When the Tokyo Olympics were delayed during lockdown, I oversaw a series of streaming Airbnb Experiences, which allowed Refugee Olympic and Paralympic athletes to connect with fans and earn an income to provide for their families.
My team made sure their onboarding went smoothly, and we coached them on how to engage with their audience. Many of these experiences are still active two years later.
